WWW Wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a meme currently hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words and it’s a great way to catch readers and other bloggers up on what you’ve been reading. And the concept is pretty simple.

All you have to do to enter is answer the three questions below:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

34275232

The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert. Picked this up at the library with no idea what it was about, but I was instantly drawn in!

36373396

The Myth of Perpetual Summer by Susan Crandall. Trying to finish this one up so I can review it next week when it is officially released. So far I’m loving it!

30253895

Talking as Fast as I Can by Lauren Graham. I am obsessed with Gilmore Girls, so how could I not read this? Actually, I’m listening to the audiobook (which is narrated by Graham, so that’s amazing).

Recently Finished:

34728667

Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi. (5 stars) I finished this one last week and I absolutely loved it and I am excited to share it’s review next week!

What’s Next:

27188596

War Storm by Victoria Aveyard. Don’t get me wrong, I am really excited to read this last book in the Red Queen series, but I am totally ready for it to be over. 4 books over 2 years (for me) has just been a really long commitment and I am super excited to hit the finally!

36336690

The High Tide Club by Mary Kay Andrews. Andrews is the queen of summer reads, or so I’ve read. Last year I read The Weekenders and I thought it was a wonderful summer read. Quick, fun, fast-paced, with a great hook. As a result, I’m super excited for this library book.

What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next?

It’s always fun to connect with other readers and remind myself where I am. That’s all I’ve got for today, check in later this week for another book review!

      1. It does! It’s more of a mystery though…the cover is a bit misleading I thought since it makes you think all beachy and it does tie in but not quite the way you mind thinks when you see the cover (or not what I expected), but it’s still a fun read..a bit of mystery and suspense, historical fiction, romance, and contemporary fiction mixed together. I’ve read all Andrew’s books and I think this is my 2nd favorite one out of them all. 😊
